The Delta Birding Festival will take place in MónNatura Delta a set of facilities of the FCLP located in the Ebro delta, surrounded by a landscape of rice fields and lagoons in one of the most important wetlands in Western Europe. Here, land blends with water and creates an ideal environment for a rich wildlife, especially water birds.
In particular, MónNatura Delta is in the Montsià comarca, on the southern half of the Ebro Delta, surrounded by a very characteristic landscape of rice fields and wetlands.

If you come by car…
from the north (Barcelona/Tarragona)
Take highways AP2/AP7 South (direction Tarragona/Valencia) and take exit 41 (Amposta / Sant Carles de la Ràpita). Continue on the N-340 to Sant Carles de la Ràpita for around 3 km (you pass the bridge over the Ebro river), up to the exit to Sant Jaume d’Enveja. At the end of the exit, turn right to Els Muntells (TV-3405). Follow this road to Els Muntells / La Tancada for about 15 km. Once you pass Els Muntells (on your left side) and before reaching the residential area of Els Eucaliptus, turn right to La Tancada. At the end of the road, turn left again and at 900 m you’ll find the entrance gate to MónNatura Delta.
from Sant Carles de la Ràpita
Drive to the marina (port esportiu) and follow the indications to the Natural Park. When you reach the end of the town, turn right in the direction of Poblenou del Delta. Follow straight on for 8 kms and don’t enter Poblenou, keep following the main (but narrow) road for 5 further kms and you’ll reach MónNatura Delta.
