The Delta Birding Festival takes responsability for its impact on the environment and therefore launches a plan of activities compatible with the environment of the Delta de l’Ebre. In line with the vision we propose, this nature meeting point shares its respect for the environment by minimizing its ecological footprint with the commitment to carry out the following actions:
- Limit the plastic use both at the comercial fair and in the food trucks, preventing the generation of waste under the 0 plastic policy.
- Water and energy will have several distribution points, but a responsible use of their resources is requested through canteens or portable batteries in each case.
- Manage your own rubbish correctly and make correct use of recycling containers.
- Encourage the use of public transport by shuttle bus on Saturday and Sunday, avoiding the continuous passage of vehicles through the Natural Park and the congestion of its roads.
