She was the youngest person to see half the world\u2019s bird at age 17 but is committed to saving nature, campaigning to stop biodiversity loss and climate breakdown, whilst respecting indigenous people and highlighting Global Climate Justice.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>In February 2020, she became the youngest person to be awarded\u00a0an honorary\u00a0Doctorate of Science\u00a0for her pioneering work campaigning with her\u00a0organisation\u00a0Black2Nature,\u00a0leading the fight for equal access to nature for Visible Minority Ethnic people,\u00a0organising\u00a0teenage and children\u2019s nature camps\u00a0and\u00a0high profile\u00a0conferences and campaigning to make the sector ethnically diverse.
