The reserve has a visitor centre, facilities that accommodate a European volunteer project and an ornithological hide which offers magnificent views over a restored lagoon. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>During the breeding season, this lagoon is home to several pairs of Common Tern, Black-headed Gull and Purple Swamphen as well as a remarkable number of Greater Flamingos and Night Herons, among other species.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>During the activity  &#8220;<a href=\"https:\/\/deltabirdingfestival.com\/activitats\/riet-vell-en-familia\/\" data-type=\"activity\" data-id=\"3669\">Riet vell en familia&#8221;<\/a>,  <a href=\"http:\/\/seo.rog\" data-type=\"URL\" data-id=\"seo.rog\">SEO\/BirdLife<\/a> technicians show you the reserve.
