Delta Hot Spots l’Embut

Delta Hot Spots l’Embut

At the end of the festival, you can go on several guided trips to unique places in the Delta and nearby areas: les Olles/el Goleró, l’Embut, Barra del Trabucador, el Violí/Bosc de la Comandanta and Finca de Bombita, what we call the Delta Hot Spots.

All trips will be guided by expert guides, many of them representatives of the ornithological teams that have participated in many ornithological marathons around the world.

L’Embut is a purification wetland that, since its formation, has become a nesting space for various waterfowl. On this outing we will observe the royal capon, the white-billed puffin, the blue grouse and several species of herons, as well as several migratory waders and passerines, so it is a great option to see a wide variety of bird species in one reduced area.
