HOW TO GET HERE

MónNatura Delta is a nature center located in the south of Catalonia and just two hours from Barcelona and one hour from Tarragona. Specifically, it is located in the Montsià region, in the lower part of the Ebro Delta tongue, in a landscape of rice fields and lagoons that is very characteristic of the area.

IF YOU COME BY PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION…

To get to MónNatura Delta in the morning on Saturday 19 and Sunday 20 September, take the train and get off at L’Aldea station.

This year, due to a change in Renfe’s timetable, there will be a single free shuttle bus service at 9:00 a.m. to pick up visitors arriving at L’Aldea station at 8:23 a.m. The bus will take them to the Poblenou stop and then continue to MónNatura Delta.

To return from MónNatura Delta on Saturday 19 September, the shuttle bus will leave MónNatura at 7:30 p.m., arriving at Poblenou at 7:45 p.m. and finally at L’Aldea station at 8:15 p.m. The train will depart at 8:43 p.m.

On Sunday 20 September, the shuttle bus will leave MónNatura Delta at 3:30 p.m., arriving at Poblenou at 3:45 p.m. and then continuing to Tortosa station, where it will arrive at 4:15 p.m. The train will depart at 4:41 p.m.

During the festival schedule, a shuttle bus will cover the Poblenou del Delta - MónNatura Delta route every half hour and the other one every half hour will cover the Platja del Trabucador - MónNatura Delta route. These two buses have been sponsored by Turisme Amposta and Turisme La Ràpita, respectively.

IF YOU COME BY CAR…

From Barcelona/Tarragona

Take the AP-2/AP-7 (direction Tarragona/València) until exit 41 (Amposta / Sant Carles de la Ràpita). Continue in the direction of Sant Carles de la Ràpita on the N-340 for about 3 km (passing over the Ebro River), until the exit towards Sant Jaume d'Enveja. At the end of the exit, turn right towards els Muntells (TV-3405). Follow this road without leaving the direction signs towards els Muntells / la Tancada (approximately 15 km). Once you leave els Muntells on the left, and before reaching the Eucaliptus urbanization, turn right, in the direction of Tancada. At the end of the road, turn right again. At 900 m is the access point.

From Sant Carles de la Ràpita
Go to the marina area and follow the signs to the Natural Park. At the exit of the town, turn right towards Poblenou del Delta. Continue for 8 km and, once you reach this town, go around it and continue along the same road for another 5 km, until you find the entrance.

Where can you park?

If you arrive early and are among the first at MónNatura Delta, you will find some parking spaces available at the entrance of the festival. Keep in mind, however, that these are very limited. Once they are full, you will need to head to the two designated car parks at Trabucador and Poblenou del Delta, from where shuttle buses will depart.

These car parks will be available throughout the entire festival and will have security during peak hours. Shuttle buses will stop there regularly. By following the guidelines in an orderly manner, we will avoid congestion on the main road.

Participants in activities starting before 9:00 a.m. and departing from the entrance of MónNatura Delta (such as the Delta Photo Tours) may park along the roadside without blocking the entrance gate, or leave their car at the La Tancada viewpoint.

Poblenou del Delta

If you arrive before 10 am it is a good option to leave your car here and take the shuttle bus that will take the route: Poblenou - MónNatura Delta.
