Through gripping testimonials and expert analysis, this documentary unveils the devastating impact of these encounters, examining the complex factors behind the over one hundred bites each year, and prompting a crucial re-evaluation of this ongoing struggle.
Marc Casas is a Spanish videographer with experience in documentaries, advertising, and event production. He began in wildlife photography and visual storytelling, refining his audiovisual vision. In Rancho Quemado, he applied his technical and narrative expertise to capture the relationship between the community and the fer de lance viper in Costa Rica.
Marc Casas, the director, will give a 10-minute presentation, followed by the screening of the documentary, which runs approximately 20 minutes.
