Showcooking of the Rice Gastronomic Days with a preparation workshop and tasting of cuttlefish, artichoke, and mushroom paella

On Saturday, September 20th, from 8:00 PM to 9:30 PM, at the Poblenou del Delta Sports Pavilion, there will be a Showcooking as part of the Rice Gastronomic Days, including a preparation workshop and tasting of cuttlefish, artichoke, and mushroom paella. These gastronomic days are organized by the Tourism Office of the Amposta City Council.

Chef Neus Faiges from Restaurant Cal Faiges will explain the diversity of rice varieties, the best way to cook each, and which dish is most suitable for each type. Tastings will be limited, and the venue can accommodate up to 200 people.

Once the Showcooking is over, documentaries from the Delta Birding Festival will be screened in the same space as part of the Cinema a la Fresca (Outdoor Cinema) activity.
