Jari Peltomäki is a professional wildlife photographer and OM SYSTEM Ambassador whose images have been awarded in numerous international photo competitions. He has judged many of the international wildlife photography competitions.
He is also the author of several bird and wildlife books and articles, and his images have been used in magazines and books worldwide. Jari is the founder and co-owner of Finnature Oy Ltd – Finnish travel agency specialized in birdwatching and wildlife & bird photography tours.
Finland and Norway has four clear seasons of the year – with very snowy and extremely cold winters with lot of birds coming to bird feeders, hectic spring lekking and migration season, warm and light summer nights with large carnivores walking about and colourful autumns with plentiful wildlife.
