Delta Hot Spots El Goleró / Les Olles – SOLD OUT

At the end of the festival, you can go on several guided trips to unique places in the Delta and nearby areas: les Olles/el Goleró, l’Embut, Barra del Trabucador, el Violí/Bosc de la Comandanta and Finca de Bombita, what we call the Delta Hot Spots.

All trips will be guided by expert guides, many of them representatives of the ornithological teams that have participated in many ornithological marathons around the world.

Located in the northern hemidelta, Bassa de les Olles and Goleró are a great option to enjoy the birds of the Delta. In the Olles pool we will observe several species of migratory passerines feeding in the reed beds and nearby areas, and waterfowl such as the night heron, the red-rested pochard and the purple swamphen.

We will continue towards the Bay of Fangar and enter the Goleró, a privileged space to observe the birds of the Fangar, where we will see a great variety of ducks, herons, seagulls and terns, and especially the waders, which can count in the thousands during the migratory and winter periods.
