Nature shows (conference in spanish)

Egoitz Ikaza is a young nature photographer who, at just 26 years old, has already accumulated hundreds of species, landscapes and stories focused mainly on birds on the other side of the camera viewfinder.

Through the images captured with his OM System equipment, Egoitz tries to show and highlight the importance of those species that live in our immediate environment, as a way of enhancing and learning about the natural places that surround us.

As he has grown, Egoitz has perfected his technique, to the point of leaving aside the documentary photography to pursue the goal of giving each image a distinctive fact, that “something” that can make the difference between what represents an attractive image and a really impressive one.

During his national and international trips he has been able to discover incredible places, experiencing shows that would make even the largest living being feel small. Like the deafening noise of 3,000 cattle egrets flying over the Santander center, covering the increasingly scarce riverside forest with white lights and winged forms, or the beautiful French Camargue, which, contrary to the previous painting, covers the sky in a beautiful pink dance, danced by its elegant flamingos.

This September he will come to the Delta Birding Festival to talk about his experience working as a wildlife guide and photographer, taking us on an adventure through his nature stories.
