The seventh edition of the Delta Birding Festival was held on September 24, 25 and 26 after a year of mandatory stoppage. An edition that will be remembered as one of the most expected, the Back To Birding edition.
A very special return to birding in which more than 2,400 visitors enjoyed a large fair of products and services for ornithologists and nature lovers with fifty exhibitors. Among them were the best brands of material for wildlife observation and also nature photography.
The festival program was also full of proposals for all audiences with about twenty conferences with national and international speakers, and with more than sixty activities all with tickets sold out weeks before the festival.
There was also the classic release of recovered birds with rural agents. This year accompanied by the presenter of TV3’s “Els Matins“, Lídia Heredia.
On the other hand and as every year the profit from ticket sales has been earmarked for the conservation project, this time linked to the Daasanach tribe of Kenya.
A weekend in which the full lineup has once again confirmed the success of the festival.
