The fifth and last Junior of this edition of the Delta Birding Festival is Diego Moreno, a 16-year-old boy who is passionate about nature and who has showed interest in wildlife photography since some years.
Currently, after completing his “excellence baccalaureate” he is carrying out a research project on the Iberian lynx. The project consists broadly of a conservation part for which he has cooperated with the CBD-Habitat foundation, the Junta de Andalucía and WWF, and on the other hand an analysis of the physiology and physiognomy of the lynx, habitat, diet…
Finally, with his own photographic material he has illustrated the annual biological cycle of the lynx, from the birth of the cubs to the dispersion of the individuals, passing through the mating season, hunting scenes and many other behaviours.
